  • Personal Information: refers to "any information relating to a natural person who is identified or can be identified, directly or indirectly, by reference to an identification number or to one or more elements that are specific to that person" (article 2 of law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978).

The KN Drones website (https://kn-drones.com) is published and managed by SAS KN Technologies.

Pursuant to Article 6 of Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, users of the site are informed that www.kn-drones.com the identity of the various parties involved in its implementation and follow-up:

KN Technologies SAS endeavours to allow access to the site www.kndrones.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of KN Technologies SAS, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the site and services.

Applicable law

Wherever it is used, the www.kndrones.com website is governed by French law. In the event of any dispute, and after all attempts to find an amicable solution have failed, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear any such dispute.

In France, Personal Information is notably protected by Law no. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article 226-16 of the Penal Code and European Directive no. 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 24, 1995 as amended by European Regulation no. 2016-679 of April 27, 2016.

When using the www.kn-drones.com website, the following Personal Information is collected:

No Personal Information of the User of the site www.kndrones.com is :

  • KN Technologies SAS may not exchange, transfer, assign or sell this information to any third party. Only the assumption of the repurchase of KN Technologies SAS and its rights would allow the transmission of the aforementioned information to the possible purchaser who would be in turn held of the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with respect to the User of the www.kndrones.com site.

  1. RECTIFICATION OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

In accordance with the provisions of Article 40 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the User has a right to modify the personal data collected concerning him. To do so, the User should send to KN Technologies SAS :

  • an e-mail to res.publication@kn-technologies.com, which will be processed by its Correspondant Informatique et Libertés (CIL);

or

  • un courrier à l’adresse KN Technologies SAS, Aéroport Toulouse Francazal, route de SEYSSES, 31270 CUGNAUX, France, en indiquant son nom ou sa raison sociale, ses coordonnées physiques et/ou électroniques, ainsi que le cas échéant la référence dont il disposerait en tant que membre du site www.kndrones.com. La modification interviendra dans des délais raisonnables à compter de la réception de la demande de l’Utilisateur.

  1. DECLARATION CNIL

As the www.kndrones.com website collects personal information from its users, it has been declared to its Correspondant Informatique et Libertés, as registered with the CNIL.

Un « Cookie » permet l’identification de l’Utilisateur, la personnalisation de sa consultation du site www.kndrones.com et l’accélération de la mise en page du site grâce à l’enregistrement d’un fichier de données sur son ordinateur. A ce titre, leurs représentations, reproductions, imbrications, diffusions et rediffusions, partielles ou totales, sont interdites conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 122-4 du Code de la propriété intellectuelle. Toute personne y procédant sans pouvoir justifier d’une autorisation préalable et expresse du détenteur de ces droits encourt les peines relatives au délit de contrefaçon prévues aux articles L. 335-2 et suivants du Code de la propriété intellectuelle.
 En outre, les représentations, reproductions, imbrications, diffusions et rediffusions, partielles ou totales, de la base de données contenue dans le site www.kndrones.com sont interdites en vertu des dispositions de la loi n°98-536 du 1er juillet 1998 relative à la protection juridique des bases de données.
