KN Technologies SAS endeavours to allow access to the site www.kndrones.com, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the event of force majeure or an event beyond the control of KN Technologies SAS, and subject to any breakdowns and maintenance operations necessary for the proper functioning of the site and services.

KN Technologies SAS cannot guarantee the availability of the www.kndrones.com website and/or services, the reliability of transmissions or performance in terms of response time or quality.

Applicable law

Wherever it is used, the www.kndrones.com website is governed by French law. In the event of any dispute, and after all attempts to find an amicable solution have failed, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction to hear any such dispute.

In France, Personal Information is notably protected by Law no. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law no. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article 226-16 of the Penal Code and European Directive no. 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 24, 1995 as amended by European Regulation no. 2016-679 of April 27, 2016.

When using the www.kn-drones.com website, the following Personal Information is collected:

No Personal Information of the User of the site www.kndrones.com is :

  • collected without the User's knowledge;
  • published without the User's knowledge;
  • KN Technologies SAS may not exchange, transfer, assign or sell this information to any third party. Only the assumption of the repurchase of KN Technologies SAS and its rights would allow the transmission of the aforementioned information to the possible purchaser who would be in turn held of the same obligation of conservation and modification of the data with respect to the User of the www.kndrones.com site.

KN Technologies SAS is authorized to carry out studies and statistical analyses on the use and typology of the Users of the www.kndrones.com site, subject to confirming the anonymity of the latter.

  • RECTIFICATION OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED

In accordance with the provisions of Article 40 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the User has a right to modify the personal data collected concerning him. To do so, the User should send to KN Technologies SAS :

  • an e-mail to res.publication@kn-technologies.com, which will be processed by its Correspondant Informatique et Libertés (CIL);

or

  • by post to KN Technologies SAS, Aéroport Toulouse Francazal, route de SEYSSES, 31270 CUGNAUX, France, indicating his name or company name, his physical and/or electronic contact details, and any reference he may have as a member of the www.kndrones.com site. The modification will be made within a reasonable time from receipt of the User's request.
  • DECLARATION CNIL

As the www.kndrones.com website collects personal information from its users, it has been declared to its Correspondant Informatique et Libertés, as registered with the CNIL.

  • COOKIES

A "Cookie" enables the User to be identified, to personalize his or her consultation of the www.kndrones.com site and to speed up the site's layout by recording a data file on his or her computer. The User acknowledges having been informed of this practice and authorises KN Technologies SAS to proceed therewith. All elements of the www.kndrones.com website, in particular texts, presentations, illustrations, photographs, tree structures and layouts are, except for public documents from the Envato website under Creative Commons CC0 license and additional details, the exclusive intellectual property of KN Technologies SAS or its partners. As such, their representation, reproduction, nesting, distribution and redistribution, in whole or in part, are prohibited in accordance with the provisions of article L. 122-4 of the French Intellectual Property Code. Any person doing so without being able to justify prior and express authorization from the holder of these rights incurs the penalties relating to the offence of counterfeiting provided for in articles L. 335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
 In addition, any representation, reproduction, nesting, distribution or redistribution, in whole or in part, of the database contained on the www.kndrones.com website is prohibited under the provisions of law no. 98-536 of July 1, 1998 on the legal protection of databases. In any event, on any authorized copy of all or part of the site content, the words "Copyright KN Technologies SAS all rights reserved" must appear.
